2 thin long cucumber
400 gr. (or slightly less) beef
1 medium onion
1 sweet red pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon without slides red hot chili pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp ground coriander
2 tablespoons vinegar 5%
3-4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
3-4 tablespoons vegetable oil
