Rolls of pork with pineapple and cheese

Pork tenderloin with a thin fat layer — 1 kg;
Cheese «Gouda» — 120 grams;
Canned pineapples pieces — 100 grams;
Mayonnaise — 2 tbsp;
Salt, black pepper;
Vegetable oil for greasing the form.

Description of cooking process:
Pork baked with pineapple under cheese and mayonnaise coat — a very popular dish. To modify this dish to cook pork rolls with cheese and pineapple, which on the holiday table will look decent. Pork rolls are served as hot and as cold snacks. Pork rolls to choose with a little fat to the dish turned out juicy.

Wash the pork under cold water, dry and cut into layers with a thickness of 1-1,5 cm and repel.

Cheese grate on a coarse grater. Divide into more and smaller parts. Most of the cheese you use for the filling of the rolls.

With canned pineapples, drain the liquid.

Each piece of pork on both sides with salt and sprinkle with ground black pepper. In the middle put the grated cheese and a few slices of pineapples.

Wrap the rolls.

Form for baking grease with vegetable oil. Place the rolls seam side down.

Bake in preheated to 200 degrees oven for about 30 minutes. Then brush the rolls with mayonnaise, sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake another 10 minutes.

Serve rolls with herbs and vegetables.
