Leg to release from the bone, leaving the skin. Cover with cling film and lightly beat off.

The meat is well season with salt and pepper.

Finely chop the parsley leaves and the garlic.

On chopped chicken leg put a piece of fillet and a good flavor with parsley and garlic. Optionally, you can add any vegetables of your choice: peppers, mushrooms, etc.

Roll the meat roll tightly wrap with foil and secure with kitchen string.

Fold the rolls in a steamer and cook for 1 hour.
