Tender casserole of chicken fillet

-Chicken fillet – 400 g
-Egg – 2 PCs.
-Sour cream – 1 tbsp
Tomato – 1 PC.
-Salt – to taste
-Pepper – to taste

1. Cut the meat into small pieces and put in a fireproof casserole dish. Salt and pepper to taste.
2. Beat eggs with sour cream, a little salt and pour over the meat.
3. Tomato cut into slices and lay on a casserole. Put in a preheated to 200C oven for 30-40 minutes.
