Home Shawarma

Ingredients:
thin Armenian lavash
chicken thigh (flesh)
cabbage
Korean carrot

cucumbers
tomatoes
ketchup
mayonnaise

Preparation:
1. Cut the flesh from the thighs, finely cut and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
2. Cabbage shinkuem and rumple hands, cucumbers and tomatoes cut into slices (or as someone like that). On pita bread put cabbage on top - fried chicken (I put 3 tablespoons per serving).
3. Pour ketchup. Next put the slices of cucumber and tomatoes, cover Korean carrot and finish with mayonnaise.
4. Wrap.
5. Warmed in the microwave. That's all
