POTATO SHELLS

Ingredients:

● 1 kg of potatoes (same size)

● 100 g grated cheese
● 1-2 tomatoes
● 70, ham
● salt, pepper

Preparation:

1. Peel the potatoes, wash, cut in half, then cut crosswise into thin slices, but not until the end that the potatoes seemed outwardly intact.
2. Cut the ham into small pieces.
3. Cut tomatoes into thin semi-rings.
4. In potatoes in alternating each incision to put a piece of ham and tomato. Then add salt and pepper.

1.Gelatin fill 0.5 cups of cold boiled water and leave to swell for half an hour.
2.Blend sour cream with sugar.
3.Gelatin to warm to dissolve, and actively stirring, pour the cream in a thin stream.
4.Deep bowl to make the film. At the bottom put berries, then a layer of finely broken biscuit, again a layer of berries, etc.
5.All pour sour cream and gelatin mixture and refrigerate for 3 hours.
6.Cake carefully turn over and remove the film

200 g pork

100 g cheese

As I have no special form for salads, I used a plastic container, which cut out the bottom.

At the bottom lay a piece of pre-cooked pork and shredded in a blender with herbs. To grease with mayonnaise.

Arrange pickles, sliced rings and grease with mayonnaise.

Next, RUB on a coarse grater boiled eggs in advance and again, fluff mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with grated on a coarse grater cheese.

Gently remove the container. Garnish with mayonnaise and nuts.

Ingredients:

Milk — 500 ml
Chicken eggs — 2 PCs.
Sugar — 2-3 tbsp
Flour — 1,5–2 tbsp.
Butter — 2 tbsp
Soda — a pinch
Vinegar — 1/2 tbsp
Mascarpone cheese — 500 g
Powdered sugar is 150-160 g
Cream milk (30%) — 300 ml
Vanilla — to taste
The chocolate — to taste

1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. To prepare the pancake batter: mix the eggs, sugar, milk. Gradually add the flour to the desired consistency. Then add soda, quenched with vinegar, and melted butter.
3. Bake pancakes. For the pancake cake pancakes need of medium thickness and without holes, so I fried them in a pan with ceramic coating.
4. To prepare the cream: mix well cream cheese (e.g. mascarpone) with powdered sugar (better to do it manually).
5. Beat with a mixer cream with added vanilla.
6. Grate the chocolate (half dark and half milk chocolate).
7. In a mixture of cream cheese add whipped cream and a little beat with a mixer. Add the grated chocolate and gently mix until uniform.
8. To assemble the cake: on a platter put the pancakes, lubricating each prepared cream. The height of the cake can be adjusted as desired, using as many pancakes as you need. On top of the cake to cover with cream.
9. The finished cake must stand in refrigerator at least 5 hours. I left for the night. Pancake cake when serving you can decorate with chocolate or berries. I decorated tangerines — on the eve of their brightness raises the spirits!

Composition:
-500 gr. chicken
-1 onion
— 1 egg
-3 cloves of garlic
-200 ml cream
-150 gr. hard cheese

1. Chicken fillet need a little hit and chop (recapture forgotten, but the filet was slightly frozen and finely cut was easy)
2. Then add finely shredded onion, salt, pepper, beat the egg.
3. Mix well.
4. Now take the form, lubricate cream and forming small balls of cooked pulp, put them into shape. (I’m a bit in flour were collapsing, otherwise could not get to shape the ball)
5. Bake in a preheated 180*C oven for 10-15 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, prepare the filling: cheese need to RUB on a small grater, squeeze the garlic and mix with cream.
Now remove the pan from the oven, pour the filling each ball and place in the oven for another 15-20 minutes
